We currently offer engineering and compliance inspections throughout the State. Upon receipt of a request form, we perform the inspection and furnish certification—signed, sealed and e-mailed—within 1 to 2 days.

We are Engineers and FHA Compliance inspectors that electronically sign and seal our certifications and e-mail them directly to you. We can e-mail the certifications anywhere in the state or country at your request and use electronically signed and sealed documents that are universally accepted.

There are a number of inspections required by FHA lenders that we can provide. They are listed below and can be filled out online by selecting the buttons in the left column of this web page. Please complete the appropriate web form(s) so that we may initiate the inspection you desire.

FORM 1 is the request form provided to supply the certification for those lenders who require that the foundation plan of the manufacturer be certified by a state-registered engineer prior to site set up. This certification, utilized for new homes only—along with a final compliance inspection—negates the need for a foundation inspection.

FORM 2 is the request form utilized to perform the foundation inspection and provide the engineer’s certification that the foundation meets HUD standards and therefore qualifies for the FHA loan. This inspection can be for a new or pre-owned manufactured home.

FORM 3 is the request form utilized for the initial or final FHA compliance inspection performed by an FHA certified inspector. Compliance inspections are needed only for new manufactured homes.

FORM 4 is the request form for requesting a re-inspection; to be performed after remedial work has been accomplished to bring the facility to FHA standards.
